I need some tips on how I can ice a cake on a card board platter whithout getting icing on the platter
Sorry just starting out myself but I know you will get plenty of good advice can't wait. X
I take strips of parchment paper and put them under the cake (I use about 4 strips of parchment). When I am done icing I pull the strips out from under and voila! No icing on the platter.
