I'm making a birthday cake and want to incorporate malibu into the cake but have had no luck with finding a recipe that states how much rum to put in. Has anyone ever made something like this before and/or know a recipe I can get help from?
I would make whatever cake you are going to make, and use 1/2 Malibu and 1/2 water, or other liquid whatever you use. You don't want to use all alcohol as it will dry the cake out. Cake ideas are endless with lots and lots of practice and errors. You could also make a cake, and soak it in Malibu depending on what the cake is for, etc. :)
