Hi, I really want to give the gold confetti Cake a go but can anyone give me a rough idea of how many grams of confetti candy I will need to buy?

We need to know the sizes you intend to confetti :)
I did an 8 inch confetti top tier for this cake ...I bought about 10 bottles of the disk confetti.....2.4oz size......eventually used a bit less than 2 bottles to cover the cake as shown......note having more in my esteem made it easier....but then you are left with about 8 bottles LOL!!!
I did gold confetti with the disk confetti[postimage id="3362" thumb="900"]
