So I made an imbc and stored some in the fridge when I was finished. I went to use it again, brought it to room temperature and started to mix again and it's all soupy! This is the second time this has happened. What is going?

Did it whip up fine before you refrigerated it? Sounds like you may have accidentally added too much water, or didn't cook your sugar syrup to the right temp, but need some more info...
