I entered but this was my first time. It would be interesting to know if anyone here on CC has participated in the recent and any past Wilton contests. There's such good talent here!
Hello
I entered a cake in this years contest myself but it was so bad they will proably burn the picture.
I entered as well. After seeing the picture of last years winner....don't think I stand a chance. Good luck to all that entered

Cakerookie...thanks for the laugh!
Thanks adven68, like boween said "an honorable mention" would be great
Thanks. And good luck to others that also entered. An honorable mention would be nice!
I entered the contest too. The deadline was Sept 30th. and it's only the 2nd time it had been done.I as well don't think I stand a chance but at least I did it. I was wondering what kind of cakes people cakes people entered. Any one want to share.
Michelle
I've entered. I complained last time that I was disapointed I couldn't enter as I was from outside the US & Canada, so now the rules have been changed I thought I'd better.
I was wondering about the fairness of the residency rule, too, because I know that the Master Classes often have international attendees. I suppose the reason is the cost of transportation, since that is included in the prize.
Unfortunately, I don't see where they've changed the rule--the online entry form states:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
CONTEST IS OPEN ONLY TO ADULTS OVER THE AGE OF 18 WHO ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES, WASHINGTON, D.C., OR CANADA.
I hope that I'm wrong on this one, for your sake, Miss Baritone.
Rae
