Hello! I'm wanting to do this on a cake and haven't done it before. It's there anow easy way of doing it? Is this just regular sugar or something in particular? Thanks in advance! [postimage id="2580" thumb="900"]

It looks like sparkling sugar. Maybe a pearlized version, like this one: White Diamond Pearlized Sugar Crystals

You can do that with sparkling sugar or sanding sugar. Just brush the cake with piping gel and press the sugar onto the surface.
