I have read and watched the video on the makiof the icing. What I need to know is the amount on the creamer and hot water. Also the the flavor.
idk but if you google 'sugar shack buttercream recipe' you get a lot of possibilities to research
oh in the first link it says,
"Note: make the liquid by mixing one cup of hot water with one cup of powdered coffee creamer"
that might be what you wanted

oh i don't know -- i just caught that particular piece of info on the look up page when i googled it for you -- i mean it's hard to blow icing -- if it's too soft add more sugar or cornstarch if it's too dry add a little liquid -- sharon's recipe is a favorite of many -- i use a different recipe -- but what you wrote looks viable to me -- she sells her DVDs & stuff and if you look up those links i gave you i'm sure you can verify your/her recipe
