I've been asked to do a tiered cake. Tiers will be two different flavours and icing is different on both. One is a marshmallow buttercream made with butter, the other is American buttercream made with hi-ratio shortening. Any suggestions on how to achieve/obtain the same color for both icings? Trying to get whiter icing (American buttercream) closer to marshmallow buttercream. Client is ok with an off white color. Thanks
