I am making a wedding cake in a few months and the bride really wanted her mother's German hazelnut cake but she didn't have the recipe.  Can anyone recommend a recipe you've had luck with that tastes yummy?  I would really appreciate the help.

I saw that recipe but wasn't sure it was wedding cake quality either.  The bride doesn't want chocolate either but I'm guessing I could just leave it out.  Thank you.
