sorry about that, but i was asked to make this cake 2 tier black fondant with silver. i know how to make the silver sequins but how do i make it look like the picture above, do I individually place it on the cake..

Yeah, that doesn't look easy! the top tier looks fully covered and I would day the other tiers you just wet the parts you want the sequins to stick too and press them on. Will you be painting them silver or are they already silver?

Maybe some piping gel will do the trick.  Brush it on in the area you want the sequins to be and then attach.  Be ready to have sequins all over the place because they will definitely fall.  Might want to have a big bowl or towel to catch them.
