Has anyone used a reputable courier/delivery service to deliver their cakes and other desserts on their behalf to clients in the GTA? If not, how would you suggest scheduling deliveries during a hectic work day?

Thanks!

what is the GTA?

i would not really trust the bulk of my goods to anyone but myself, my husband and sometimes the purchaser -- however you have to educate the purchaser first so they don't inadvertently blow it --

i mean if it's just securely packaged cookies no problem but tier cakes and most of my products no i would not trust to a courier -- just to retain control and minimize potential damage and certain anxiety :)

You really won't have a peaceful mind  if YOu hand over your goods to someone Whom you don't know wether he or she will  handle them care.

I just think "Grand Theft Auto" when I see GTA, so that's probably not it...

If I wasn't going to do my own deliveries I'd hire someone to do it who I could train, not a delivery service. I'd want to have the control over how they handle things.

you are right@costumeczar,that's what I do whenever I want to make delivery. I have a  standby staff that I trained,so she handles my fruit bouquet well according to how have trained her. I believe is safer that way.

I would try contacting some of the local bakeries, shops or Cake Decorators guilds. They may be more helpful. Good luck!
