We use a Salon Air Master... just search on eBay... It is not specifically marketed towards cake decorating but LOVE the performance overall... no issues to date (3 years and still going)

Paasche Airbrush make a very high quality product. I've dealt directly with the company and they back up their product and are very quick to assist with any problems. I use their Talon model gun.
