Can Anyone Upload Tutorial Videos?

Just wondered how people upload tutorial videos to the site? I've got one but can't see how to add it.

On the box where you type a post, there's a little icon with the "play" symbol on it on the bottom row. Click that and it will let you upload it.
i cann't upload a video too. something wrong there
Just post a link, then. There are lots of strange things going on with the server on this site right now, I can't get into most of the forums at all and other people are having trouble too.
