Help!! I can't seem to find where to add a photo to my gallery from my phone. I take most of my cake photos with my phone but can't figure out how to post to CC from my phone. 

If you can see the icon of what looks like a sun and mountain sillouette you should be able to post from you phone. Otherwise you will need to do the more complicated emailing, saving to your PC thing.

You can't post from a mobile, you'll have to get to a laptop or desktop.
