Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone has a recipe they’d be willing to share that utilizes caramelized hazelnuts? I purchased a bag of them on sale & now I’m not sure what to do with them. They are chopped nuts, not whole ones. I figure I could simply sprinkle them as a topping but was hoping to find a recipe that really show cases them if that makes sense.
Thanks in advance for your time,
Kelly
I'd process them and make a praline buttercream with them. Just fold them in to the buttercrem when you're finished. This makes a delicious cake filling. Brush the layers with Frangelico to boost the hazelnut flavor.
