hi everyone,

 im making a chocolate cake soon for a client and want to layer with chocolate ganache, but am worried for how long the cake stay before it goes bad.

Depends if you have any perishable fillings. Just a cake with ganache will stay okay for 2 to 3 days then it starts to dry out.
