Hello! I am making a football shaped cupcake "cake" out of 24 cupcakes. I'm definitely new at all of this! The lady wants the cupcakes on Friday but won't be serving them until Sunday during a football game at her party. How should I tell her to store them until Sunday? I've always read that refrigeration dries cupcakes out. They will be made from either a chocolate WASC recipe or a scratch recipe from the back of the Hershey's cocoa container. The icing will be a buttercream. I'm looking at half butter and half shortening in the recipe. Any suggestions of how to store this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
