Has anyone ever heard of or know how to make "texas cupcakes"??? A friend of mine has a sister getting married and the woman she ordered her cupcakes from now has a message on her machine saying she isn't taking any orders....she also hasn't returned any of the numerous calls from the bride-to-be. With a little more then 4 months left the B-T-B is looking at other options. She asked via her sister if I would be able to help out but I've never heard of "Texas Cupcakes" I'd love to help her out but I can't find anything on the internet and I don't know where to get supplies so I could even give her a price.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Being a temporary Texan (spent over 5 years in College Station, TX), I know of a Texas sheetcake...that could be made into cupcakes if needed.
Does that sound close?
That's what I'm thinking too- like Texas muffins...it's just a large cupcake.
Thanks everyone! I will have to look into the pan at Micheal's and maybe talk more about them with the B-T-B if/when she calls.
