Hello...iv been baking for a year or so...I'm just 19 and I'm thinking of being serious about it...  My first cake that I have mastered is the chocolate cake but then I moved houses n started using a different oven from the new house...I do the same things and use the same temperature as with the past oven from the old house but my cakes are not as fluffy as before... Help!

Hi, are you keeping all your ingredients room temperature? Especially the butter. Butter not been room temperature can cause not having Fluffy cake. And make sure you mix the batter very well. Hope that helps.

I would get an oven thermometer because oven temperatures fluctuate more than most people think. I love hearing young girls are baking, thats great!
