if you still have you course 3 book it should tell you at the end of session 1. otherwise i believe it says 1tsp to 12oz fondant, (1/2 a box)

HI

I have never added anything to my fondant. I just roll out the fondant and make my loops, place them on their sides, shape and then I like to put them in the oven with the light on. This helps them dry faster. I have never had a need to add anything.

Good luck
Dawn
