I got a cupcake order a few days ago, I've made a lot of cupcakes just for fun, not for orders. I've done quite a few wedding and specialty cakes for orders and charged, but I've never had to charge for cupcakes. The order is for 150 fairly simple cupcakes, they will just have butter cream and little chocolate molded cowboy hats. She wants some specialty flavors that I've come up with just messing around and her sister had tried them and really liked them. The whole set up will be four tiers with a 6 inch round with fondant and a modeled revolver on top. I'm not sure what is a fair pricing for this order. She also wants a tasting appointment, so there's more product and time. I've never done a tasting before so I'm unsure there as well. Thank you in advance for your opinions and help!!!
