Since only you know what the toppers  look like it is hard for anyone to guess on a price...

Nor your expenses/costs...

Nor how long it will take you to make them... 

There is quite a bit to factor into costs...

If you are making them for an order, may I ask how someone put a deposit down on an order they do not know the cost of?
