Make 4 quarts of your favorite buttercream, then separate them into 4 different bowls and make 3 of them different colors and flavors.
Make a large batch of vanilla cupcakes, then add the different frostings. Bada Bing! You have 4 different flavors.
Example: White cake with pink, raspberry buttercream
White cake with yellow, lemon buttercream
White cake with vanilla (regular) buttercream
White cake with light green, mint buttercream.
You can customize each flavor with different sprinkles or fresh fruit to complement the color/flavor.
You can do the same thing with chocolate cupcakes:
Chocolate cupcake with green, mint buttercream
Chocolate cupcake with pink, raspberry buttercream
Chocolate cupcake with vanilla (regular) buttercream
Chocolate cupcake with chocolate buttercream.
You only have to make 2 large batches of vanilla (white) and chocolate cupcakes and 2 large batches of frosting, and you have 8 different cupcakes.
