I have an edible printer but how do I customize personal photos for my clients or add text to the photo.
I currently just put the picture on the glass and copy it,but I'm unsure how to do anything else

You'll need to use some sort of image editing software.
If your clients are handing you physical pictures rather than digital images, you'll need to scan them in first (using a scanner, not the printer).
