Why after covering my cakes in fondant do large bubbles pop up I always have to start all over I know I'm doing something wrong maybe to hot in my kitchen? HELP!!!!!!!!

Are they IN the fondant or UNDER the fondant? If under, it's because you didn't smooth the fondant on top first and work your way down to sort of press air traped underneath out.
If in the fondant it's because of the way you knead it. Don't fold it. That way you create air pickets.
