So, I tried to make an at home piping bag using parchment paper. I have the instructions from my Wilton Class book but I can't get any type of tape to stick on the darn thing. What do you use to keep it intact?

I have found that most parchment has something added to it so that tape doesn't stick. I don't know what makes the bags you buy different but I know there is a difference because I have never been able to get regular parchment paper to stick with tape.

I had the same problem, but was thinking maybe you can use masking tape?

Hope this helps

You may try freezer tape, the kind you put on freezer paper.

parchment paper on a roll has a nice coat of silicone to make it non stick. the parchment triangles do have a coating but not like the stuff on a roll, so tape sticks to those.
