So, I made a batch of Buttercream this morning and I sifted 2lbs of powdersugar with the meruinge powder. Well, my brain was just not all there this morning I guess because i just started putting the sugar in slowly using a measuring cup (no specific measure) then I realized that the batch only called for 1lb of sugar not 2lbs. By this time I had no idea how much sugar I had put it so I stopped and added a little water and it turned out to be the absolute BEST Buttercream I have ever made!!!!! Now i just don' t know how I did it so I don't know how to do it again! Darn it! Its always when you aren't paying attention!
