What type of display are you wanting and are toothpicks allowed? Spaghetti can be used in place of toothpicks.

Just out of curiosity, why have you been asked to make flowers out of pastillage? Or did you you mean gumpaste?

If you want to PM or even e-mail me, I can give you all kinds of ideas for un-wired flowers that are easy to make.

Let me know what I can do.

Thank You. I cant use toothpicks, or spaghetti, cant use nothing. In England we use flower paste to make flowers which is a kind of pastillage, but im not really sure what you use or if everything has different names from ours. Thank You

Daisies are great to use for un-wired flowers. You can also make leaves of whatever sort without wires to help decorate.

You could also make Arum Lilies. Just make the pistal a little longer at the base as sort of a handle/pick.

Pansies are another option. Just about any 5 petal flower can be made without wires.

You could even start roses on toothpicks and then remove them before placing them on the cake.

I know this isn't much, but for some reason, I suddenly went blank on what to make. Sorry.
