I have a bookmark of the how to from Sandra Lee site, but still have a few questions.

What color do you use to get the Tiffany color? If I did buttercream vs fondant, would it have the same look? I was thinking of making a small box cake for mil's birthday--she actually shops there---but she doesn't always like findant, even though I do use mmf. Plus I have never covered a cake, let alone a square cake, using fondant.

Any color tips or tips in general? Her birthday is the first week in March, so I have ot get started since I also have 80 of those postal heart cookies to do!!

Sure! I think someone here posted it awhile back. Hope this link works:

There are many in the gallery so I guess I could pm those people. I have cornflower blue. My mil can be picky and even though this is a simple surprise--it will be a small cake for fil & her at home--I want it to look good.
