These are some videos I have come across that are very helpful. Sometimes you can only learn by seeing. . .

Hey all but the last one is done by Trish who is my good friend! She has a video out that goes into great detail about cakes and also one on cookies now. She is also working on several other ones.

I first got the videos and then met her.

Nick,

She teaches out there by you in Vista. If you get a chance to, go take a class from her. She is great!!!!

She is also one of the people in charge of the San Diego Cake Show coming up in March.

She must have known that they were being used to learn and she wasn't getting money from her actual site on learning to decorate. Too bad-- they were helpful and beneficial to many.

Oh I don't think it was Trish who had them removed. She does not own the videos. She just gets paid to be filmed. It most likely was the owner of the videos that removed them.

Sorry I forgot to answer your question about Trish. She teaches at Michaels in Vista. She teaches Cake decorating 1,2 and 3 and also does some one day classes like cookies and candy. If you get a chance you should take a class from her. She is great.
