Can anyone tell me if you can buy flat backed sugar pearls. I was told you can get them the the US. Has anyone seen such a thing. Thanks

I'd guess that you could make them using a soft fondant and just let them dry flat on one side. When I make them the larger ones tend to do that anyway because they're heavier than the small ones.
