I roll up the empty portion of the bag and seal it with a bag clip. But if you have a seal a meal it would probably work. If I won't be using them for quite awhile I freeze the fruit fillings, I've never used the Bavarian cream. Otherwise I just keep them refrigerated and they keep for months.

I do the same thing, I put them in the refrigerator and they last for a long time.
Just a question, has anybody tried the banana cream filling? I really want to try it but would love to hear some reviews first...
