How do you store them? And how long do they keep? I just opened two to try them (they are pretty good) and I don't want them to go bad. TIA!

They are strawberry and bavarian cream if that helps. icon_smile.gif

I roll up the empty portion of the bag and seal it with a bag clip. But if you have a seal a meal it would probably work. If I won't be using them for quite awhile I freeze the fruit fillings, I've never used the Bavarian cream. Otherwise I just keep them refrigerated and they keep for months.

Thanks! I'll just stick them in the fridge!

Dolfin, you're not a weenie at all. The fillings are premade and come in a plastic sleeve. I got mine from Country Kitchens in IN. HTH!

I keep mine tightly sealed in the fridge after opening. They last for a long time.

I froze some bavarian cream, and when I thawed it out to use it, it was curdled. It tasted fine, but was lumpy and gross looking.

I do the same thing, I put them in the refrigerator and they last for a long time.

Just a question, has anybody tried the banana cream filling? I really want to try it but would love to hear some reviews first... icon_lol.gif thanks!

I have a Food Saver that has a seal only option, I re-seal it and keep it in the fridge! They last a long time and taste great! I got mine at my local cake supply shop.

I toss my open ones in the freezer. Thawed out, the jelly ones (only ones I've used) come out fine.
