Freezing Decorated Sugar Cookies

Has anyone out there ever frozen the royal icing decorated sugar cookies? Have you had any problems? I have an order for late October and I kind of wanted to go ahead and get started. Just needed some reassurance.

I can't help you, sorry.
I have made lots of cookies, but I have never frozen them.

I have frozen them and they were good just not as crisp as the fresh ones..They looked fine though, no problem with the icing either. Maybe freeze a few and see what you think. icon_smile.gif
