Hi! I baked an Elmo cake last Tuesday and froze it. It was suppose to be for this past weekend...however the party was cancelled due to hurricane rita. The party has now been changed to October the 9th. I used the watered down apricot glaze and the cake is wrapped well. Will the cake still be good or should I rebake it??? I usually only freeze my cakes for about a week or so I am really not sure. Thanks for any advice!!! ![]()
