Does anyone know of a recipe for a Raspberry Coconut Zinger cake? I love these little Dolly Madison cakes and would like to try to make a layer cake with the same idea.

They are basically a sponge cake baked in a jelly roll pan, coated with raspberry filling or preserves and rolled jelly roll fashioned. Then the top is spread lightly with more filling and rolled in sweetened coconut. I think the Little Debbies also have a layer of buttercream, don't they? I would spread the filling thinly, then a coating of buttercream and roll from the narrow side and after the coating of filling and coconut on top, slice with a sharp serrated edged knife.
