Does anyone know if Im making a Raspberry filling using frozen berries,cornstarch ,lemon juice and sugar do I need to keep cake in the refrigerator?

sorry crafty, I have no idea. Milk products are the things I worry about most, I'm not sure of cooked items like this. Hopefuly this will keep you bumped. Good luck.

I would think with the fruit in it that it might. But I don't know the answer. But I would like to no also. I know I read a thread quite awhile back that used achohol to help perseve the fruit. So hopefully they wiil see the post and could help you.l

I would say no. I dont refrigerate mine. I mean after several DAYS obviously. I would refrigerate any leftovers though so it would last longer.

You do not have to refridgerate it. The sugar acts as a perservative and anyway, fruits are not required to be refridgerated. It is just suggested for a longer shelf life. Think of a jar of jelly, it does not say anywhere on the jar that is needs to be refridgerated after it is opened.
