Modeling paste is similar to candy clay, leather or plastic. It is a sugar dough made with white chocolate. Generally used for modeling figurines like Duff Goldmans fist on the fist of rock cake. Or, if you saw this weeks Ace Of Cakes show it is what Geof used on the sides of the Chinese take out box cake.
