I am doing a anniversary cake and I was wondering if I could put the plate on top of the sheet cake and put the small cake on the plate? Would that be sturdy enough? The lady does not want me to use the pillars. Thanks, teddybearmom
If you are going to use the plastic separator plate with the feet on the bottom, you would probably want to use the "hidden pillars" (also called plastic dowels). The feet on the plate will sit inside the opening of the dowel. You can cut the dowel to be level with the top of your cake.
Thank ya'll very much for all the info.I just love this website . There are some really nice folks on cake central. Thanks and God Bless, Teddybearmom
