I can't seem to find this cookie cutter anywhere, maybe it doesn't even exist. If anyone comes across one, please let me know. Thanks!

I did a little searching for the cookie cutter on lexy's link..... they are no longer in business. I couldn't locate one. The only other think I can suggest would be to follow the instructions to make one or cut out a template. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

I couldn't resist sending you a picture of this cutter. IT'S HUGE!! Probably 9-12" wide. I have it. It's made by Simons. I suspect it's a lot bigger than you had in mind, but it's the only one like it I've seen.
