Hello.. I am doing a 4-5 tiers peacock design wedding cake and wondering with all the feathers and everything do I assemble it at the venue? or should I attach the feather on the bottom 2 tiers and the rest of the tiers at the venue? please advise.. :-(

Done it.  I assembled the bottom two with feathers and stacked and added feathers (and the birds) at the venue.
