I'm trying out a new cake tonight and recipe says (and sounds good to me) that cinnamon buttercream is good with this cake.
How do i make cinnamon buttercream. I need to be able to decorate with it?
can i just toss some cinnamon in my regular butter cream recipe?
I would appreciate any ideas.

Wouldn't ground cinnamon affect the color?
Also, when you talk about coffee creamers do you mean liquid or powder?
I bought a liquid cinnamon extract some time ago when I saw it in the store because it sounded so interesting - but I've never used it. What kind of cake are you making? I need an excuse to bake.....
