As you can see, I am currently only a nose, a mouth, a chin, and a partial neck/scarf.  I've tried to remove it and I've also tried to upload a new one without any success.  Anybody have any ideas?

Can't help as I can't figure out the new photo process.......however you have a lovely smile!

try going to the "account settings" under your profile drop down file, maybe you can load a photo there.  Just crop your photo until it shows your happy cake baking face.  (fingers crossed)
