what would you charge for this cake? Only bottom 2 tiers for 50 people. It looks like a ton of work with all the characters & details so I want to make sure I'm not cutting myself short. (which is usually what happens) Thanks!
Second question: What do you think the snow is made out of?? is it icing or fondant?
