Royal Icing On Fondant

I have been thinking about something lately. Most people add crisco to MMF. So my question is, if you try to pipe RI onto it will the RI break down?????

funny enough no it doesn't royal icing is fine on fondant. I suppose it's because the crisco is incorporated into the icing rather than being a layer of grease
