My oven is a gas oven and the temperatures start from 180 deg
to 280. and i have been baking at between 180 & 200 deg.
My oven thermometer reads as 150 deg. the cake is baked but the
next day it get sticky on top. could any one help please
Since that part gets cut off anyway, it shouldn't be an issue, right? Humidity, maybe?
Or too much sugar. Sugar attracts moisture. Also, make sure the cake is cool before storing.
