I need help with the baking times for bite-size cheesecakes (made in the mini-muffin pan). I am unsure of the baking time required. My cheesecake recipe calls for approximately an hour for a 9" cheesecake and I'm not sure how to "downsize" the time for baking this smaller version.
Thanx!

It's been a few years since I made them but If I remember right it was like 20-30 min. I would start checking them after 20 to make sure

If my memory serves me right, they should start to puff up when they are almost done. You can try the toothpick in the middle trick to see if it's too juicy to take them out.
