Hi,

I made a mistake of making a cake for today, but the order was for next month!!

Can I Can you freeze red velvet and cream cheese frosting covered with buttercream?

but if i did that i would have to taste it before i let it go out and then i would have to make another hahaha-- no but i'm serious -- i would --

but if you wrap it like a mummy in several layers  and defrost it gradually it should be ok -- but...

Is there something distinguishing about the decorations?  If not, you will probably get another red velvet order before next month, won't you?  I've got two this weekend!  Lots of us freeze ahead of time, but a month?  I wouldn't feel good about that.

You can, but I don't know if it'll last for a month. The best thing you can do is eat it and make a new one lol. ;)
