I've been asked to make a cake with the frozen theme. It would be a spiral cake. (I can't exactly figure out how to attatch a picture on here yet). I've never done a spiral cake and have no idea how to charge for one. I did find some good tuturials, but am stuck on how much work it is and how to charge. Thanks for any help.

i'm sorry your post has been unanswered so far -- it's not that much extra work -- but i would consider it a sculpture so you're right it would cost more per serving than your regular tier cake -- a couple bucks more -- give or take
