Hey guys I was wondering if this is possible to do with cheesecakes. Now, I know I can use rkt if I need to for some areas cause I'm sure it's not easy to carve a cheesecake. They need it to feed 125 for a grooms cake. If it was a regular cake I would be all about it but unfortunately they want cheese cakes instead. What do y'all think? Thanks so much for any suggestions!
