Yes.. seeing the picture now. Yeah, they look like double barrel tiers. You could do the design on regular 4" tall tiers too, just the flower cascade will not be as expansive.

That`s what I think,  if it wouldn`t be all double barrel tiers, the cake  wouldn`t look so cool.
